[Movie]'Fast and Furious 7' is about street car race right?
Tony Jaa is having a showdown with Paul Walker! |
Now, this new installment of Fast and Furious movie franchise sported a lot of big names. There was Jason Statham, Ronda Rousey, Djimon Hounsou, Kurt Russell, Tony Jaa, and many more. There are also more stunts, technology, and explosion involved, so much that it will make you wonder what the hell is this movie is all about after you watched it half-through.
From street car racing to shooting down spaceship with mini-gun. |
There are so many things happening in this movie, the whole plot seems incomprehensible. I mean, it was intense back in Fast and Furious 6, but this time it just a little bit too much distraction. From Los Angeles, to the mountain ranges of Azerbaijan, all the way to Abu Dhabi city. And then back to Los Angeles. And to do what? This franchise is changing from street car racing to 'Mission Impossible'.
What seems to be unreal, is that with the amount of guns shooting and explosions all over the place, there is no way Toretto family can return back and lay low. And also at the final part of the movie, they went back to Los Angeles city to face the terrorist group and the rogue secret agent super assassin, within the city limit.
Yes, that's right. The terrorist group even deployed a stealth helicopter equipped with jet fighter-bomber drone, and laid waste to the city by shooting missiles and mini-gun to Toretto's team who were riding their racing cars.
In the aftermath, everybody just congratulated each others for a job well done, and acted like nothing happened. Even though half of Los Angeles city was probably on fire, thanks to the confrontation between the Toretto family, the rogue secret agent super assassin, and the terrorist group that wanted to abuse the godlike software 'God's eyes'.
In the end, I was like, what the hell just happened? It was entertaining. I loves the stunts, the cars, and the wet curvaceous women in the crowd. But.. hopefully the next installment of Fast and Furious movie franchise will have a much more solid story line. Though, Vin Diesel did mentioned in one of his interviews that the movie was indeed had too much story to be fitted in just one movie.
