Probably the most famous mobile communication service provider in Malaysia. Their advertisements are everywhere, and they have a very appealing mascot. Its a dancing fat guy in a yellow tight suit. But being famous doesn't necessarily meant most subscribed. DiGi Telecommunications Sdn. Bhd. is considered to be one of the three major competing telecommunication service providers in Malaysia, others being Maxis and Celcom.
Though, their services were notoriously unreliable. I remembered when I first subscribed to a DiGi postpaid plan, and the staff at one of the service center told me that my number will be activated within 10 minutes, or an hour, give or take another couple of hours. It ended up after 2 days, and my line had yet activated. At that time I was using Celcom prepaid, and I still had some credit to spare, so I didn't mind much. But when I go the service center again, there was another staff, who quickly apologized and activated my line right then right there. Now that, completely annoyed me. Why, the fucking hell didn't the other staff just did that, 2 days earlier?? I hope that fucker got hit by a truck and died a horrible death.

They were also allegedly involved in the Aircel scandal, an Indian mobile network operator headquartered in Chennai. But Maxis is comparable to the giant telecommunication goverment-linked company such as Telekom Malaysia, where Maxis was the one that launched 3 of the Malaysian first satellites, MEASAT 1, 2, and 3. While Telekom Malaysia is the backbone for earth satellite and land cables in Malaysia. No wonder Maxis charges are quite pricey.

The Slender Man
The victim was fortunately saved when a cyclist discovered her laying in a pool of blood in the middle of his bike path. The cyclist immediately called 911, and shortly rescued by the emergency personnel. The two 12-years-old girls were apprehended by the police and currently are charged as adults for attempting and plotting to murder their friend. They are currently facing up to 65 years in prison for their charges. Pretty fucked up, yes? Apparently their parents was also unaware of the 2 girls change in behavior, suspected nothing, because they are just a 12-years-old kids for goodness sake!

[Tutorial] How to do Port Forwarding
The idea of port forwarding is making your port open and available to be connected with other peers in the same network, by making you IP address to be static instead of dynamic making it easier to be recognized by other peer. In case you doesn't realize, most if not all of the ISPs (Internet Service Providers) nowadays block default P2P port. Some corporate company or education institution network also block default P2P to avoid their network from being abused (you are not suppose to torrent at you workplace).
So I decided to make a tutorial on how to port forward in the most general way of all. I won't be providing screenshot because different modem or router have different user interface. So if I to provide a screenshot, then it would be on one brand of modem/router. Better to understand the general setting so that next time you got yourself a different set of modem/router, you'll know just what to do regardless of the bedazzling and fancy user interface. Truth is, this is more of a note for myself for future use.

So, I decided to start with a VPN that specialize on surfing. And by surfing, I mean no P2P. What is P2P u ask? You know what it is, those Torrent, Kazaa, Shareaza, and etc. Out of 10 tips and trick that I got to improve or boost internet speed, I am certain that 9 of it already either outdated or blocked out. VPN is only but one way to improve your internet speed. It seems nowadays, you need to choose between surfing smoothly or download like crazy. Let us start with surfing first. Lets face it, you CAN'T.I know, I know.. I did write an entry before on how to bypass your broadband limit using a CMD 'ping' command. Well, it did work at that time.. Its true. I used it myself back then. But time changes, and for your ISP company's policy its doubly so. The thing is, nowadays whenever you hit the bandwith cap, they will just simply cut off your internet line until you make a payment to increase the bandwith for the month (or for the day) depends on which service provider that you choose.
But with the recent event of internet censorship, website banning, people jailing, and more.. hey, there's a case where a person got jailed just because he posted something in his facebook saying something bad about the police force. In his facebook! I mean, who could've seen his post other than his friends and peers? Well apparently the government is watching your post too. So, try not to tell everyone how big is your shit in the can every morning. The government keeps track on your shit, you know.

My Youtube celebrities, Internet meme, whatever..
Last night I was surfing the Youtube videos and it reminds me of the old times.. It have been for how long since Youtube have become as today, I dunno. But one thing for sure is that Youtube have become one of many prominent tools to jump-start an individual or a group popularity. Celebrities and artist also use Youtube as a platform to spread and expose their creative artwork and musics. This is also being use by ordinary people that wish to share their creative side.I remember the very first Youtube celebrities that I came across in the net. Nigahiga, or his real name is Ryan Higa, first emerged when he started to post videos of him lips-syncing songs. One of his famous videos that I liked was a video that he made specially for haters out there. It was kinda funny as he saying a good soothing words to the haters, making gestures of peace and love, while the subtitles below written, 'Go fuck yourselves, hater!'. Simply, EPIC!

Next, I found out about Numa Numa or the NewNuma. His real name is Gary Brolsma, and he famous for lip-syncing a song called Dragostea Din Tei by a boy band named the O-Zone. The word Numa comes from the song's lyric which means 'not me'. He famous not only for lip-syncing but also literally created the Numa Numa dance. NICE!

Then, there is TayZonday, or his real name is Adam Nyerere Bahner. He famous for his song video called the 'Chocolate Rain' and he have an amazing voice. What I mean by amazing is that he have a deep, recognizable voice. Hearing him singing is like hearing Van Diesel singing, except with tunes. His most famous act in the video, is the part 'he moves his mouth away from the mike to breathe'. The act alone triggers multiple responds and parody videos made by others whether to mock him or just trolling around. The rest of the video? COOL SONGS.

Now.. who else is famous in Youtube.. From the first 3 person that I just mentioned, they are all guys. Then what about the ladies. I don't want to sound sexist, but most of the ladies that created a video channel in the Youtube got famous because of either their 'bewbage', or their cute face while confessing that they like all the geek stuff. Prime example? Have you seen iJustine channels?
iJustine, or her real name is Justine Ezarik, famous for her '300 pages iPhone bill'. And... the rest is 'bewbage'. I've browsed all of her other channel and... the rest is 'bewbage'. There is one of her channel called ijustinegaming, and there are alot of viewers there but I was disappointed. The content? No 'bewbage' but there are sexy voices. Once I watched one of her game review video and in the end I have no idea whether she was reviewing the game or complaining about her broken nails.. F4iL3D!

Ok, another prime example? How about this one, have you ever watched a channel made by MissHannahMinx? If you say no that can only means 2 things, whether you're gay or you're just a jealous flat-breasted hag. I'm just saying.. MissHannahMinx or her real name is Hannah Minx, is famous for making videos explaining about Japanese words and culture and.. her awesome 'bewbage'. I really love bew.. learning Japanese, but somehow I find it hard to learn while all my blood goes to my boner. Did I just use the the word hard and boner in the same sentence? THAT is how awesome her 'bewbage' is. Oh, her video content? I dunno.. I can't keep my eyes off that.. Is 'bewbage' considered minxy? 3P1C F4iL3D!

Well, ok maybe not all the ladies channel are all about 'bewbage'. There are.. some exception for example like, have you met Meekakitty? Her real name is Tessa Violet, and I have no idea why she is famous. People said it was because of her humorous fast cut videos, but I think it was because of her being cute and ginger. Her racks doesn't stack but the adorable facials that she made in her video gives out some credit. I stumbled into her channel only by chance, recommended by another comedian, RWJ. Simply, N() B3WB4G3!
Ginger have no soul!
Currently I'm following other famous channels made by RayWilliamJohnson, Machinima, RecklessTortuga, thelonelyisland and CollegeHumour. Because at least in these channels they are still making quality videos. And of course, I'm still following Miss Minx.. Just saying..
